Good sized room, fine stay!

First-rate affordable place with absolutely perfect location very close to Minute Maid Park as well as public areas. The very friendly and attentive staff and their attitude.

The hotel is great, it has fantastic staff and a roof top bar. The rooms are nice and outstanding with clean bathrooms. Thanks for making our stay a fabulous experience.

perfect spot for parks and city attractions within easy reach

I stayed in a huge room with fine city views and appreciated the early check-in, made my first day so much easier. The proximity to Discovery Green was a good bonus, nice for leisurely evening strolls just a few steps from the hotel.

Not great for anyone looking for a smooth experience.

The decor is very stylish and caught my eye as soon as I walked in. The housekeeping staff was on point, keeping the room clean every day.

But let me tell you, it wasn't cheap. Not even close.

The rooftop bar offers amazing city views. Valet service took forever, frustrating. Also enjoyed the bicycle rental option.

We visited the Downtown Aquarium and loved the Unlock Art(TM) program for some fun cultural entertainment. The staff was friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind after a day out. Perfect for a group getaway!

Check-in is a hassle, located on the second floor with no signage. The payment process is outdated, requiring physical terminals that lead to unnecessary delays, particularly when there's confusion about accepted transactions. The breakfast arrangement is convoluted, requiring guests to carry a voucher that complicates what should be a straightforward meal experience. Housekeeping can be inconsistent. Returning to find rooms not refreshed can throw off your plans. Expect no cleaning during your stay unless explicitly noted. Coupled with stained carpets and overlooked areas, this can diminish the overall experience.

The room was huge with a great city view! Super clean, even when I checked in super early. The bed was really comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep. I just wish I had time to enjoy the hotel more. Plus, the check-in staff was really nice.

The restaurant offered tasty food with friendly service. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax. My room was spacious and had comfortable bedding. A great choice for a getaway 😊

We enjoyed visiting the Downtown Aquarium, where my teenagers were thrilled by the interactive exhibits. The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet.

In my wife's opinion, having more kid-friendly dining options would enhance the experience for families.

The location was fantastic. I appreciated the spacious room and the large windows that provided a lovely view of the city. I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't refreshed during my stay. It was a decent experience, and I'd consider returning for the convenience and room size.

The room was clean, which I appreciated. Bring your own adapter if you need one, as they do not have any to lend out.

A Nice Stay with Excellent Dining Options!

I had a good solo stay! The contemporary ambiance was matched by a vibrant on-site restaurant that offered diverse cuisine options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, where I indulged in fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. Remember to have your dining voucher handy for smooth service!
